Return Policy
Retail Customers: We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order.
Wholesale Customers: We offer store credit only for all unused and unopened products for up to (1) year following receipt of your order.
Missing or Broken Items: All missing or broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Defective Products: Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, Make sure to call us at 1-866-584-3119 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box.
Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, Phone number, reason for the return and RMA number.
NOTE: Retail customers Please clean any used Eclipse Vape Products before return.
Important Note:
You must return all accessories and product component parts. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return policy are not fully met.
Exceptions:
DO NOT return used 1 Dram , 5/8 Dram Vials or unclean Eclipse Vape Products.
